PSEasy is a module for calculating already-built IPSEpro models with a fixed layout.
With PSEasy, users don't need a full PSE license. PSEasy is sometimes called a run-time software license for running (but not modifying) IPSEpro models.
Every simulation model that has been set up with IPSEpro-PSE can be transformed into an IPSEpro-PSEasy model. With PSEasy, the layout of the cycle model can no longer be changed, but parameter and variable settings can be changed.
Standard cycle designs can be analyzed for different parameter settings.
Existing plant configurations can be represented in IPSEpro-PSEasy models for qualification of operating conditions or for “what-if” analysis.
IPSEpro-PSEasy run-time modeling software uses the same calculation engine as IPSEpro-PSE. This guarantees accurate and consistent results.
